Each Course is delivered live, online. By enrolling, you agree to the means of delivery and the technical requirements that come with it (a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and a valid account with whichever video-conferencing platform is in use).
No Guarantees: The Provider makes absolutely no guarantees — express, implied, or otherwise — regarding any outcome, result, transformation, improvement, or change arising from participation in any Course. Results depend entirely on your own efforts, mindset, consistency, and implementation, and will vary between individuals.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that personal development, coaching, mentoring, spiritual growth, personal growth, and energy-based work involve inherent emotional, psychological, and experiential processes. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, or other response that arises during or after participation in any Course.
Total Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider — including Vikenti Makhotkine personally and Intuitive Blueprint Coaching - FZCO — shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any loss, damage, injury, harm, cost, or expense of any nature arising out of or in connection with any Course, these Terms, or any materials, tools, activations, or practices delivered hereunder. This exclusion covers all losses including but not limited to: direct loss, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of income, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, physical harm, and reputational harm, whether foreseeable or not.
